During his visit to Kyiv, Prince Harry received a black vyshyvanka with his initials from the Ukrainian brand GUNIA Project. The shirt was personally presented by Natalia Kamenska, the co-founder of the brand, according to the designer's Instagram page.

"It was a truly special moment to meet Prince Harry and say thank you. Thank you for your attention to Ukraine, to our people, and to the SuperHumans project that saves and brings back to life those who have suffered from the war. In such moments, we feel that we are not alone," wrote Natalia in her post.

The "Levon" vyshyvanka model is decorated with ornaments inspired by naive towels of the 20th century and examples from the personal collection of the brand's owners.

The GUNIA Project brand, founded in 2019 by Natalia Kamenska and Mariia Havryliuk, is known for authentic vyshyvankas and jewelry.

First Lady Olena Zelenska often chooses their items. Moreover, Kamenska long worked as her personal stylist.

By the way, this is not the first vyshyvanka in Prince Harry's wardrobe. In February 2025, Ukrainian veterans gave him a shirt during the Invictus Games.

How Prince Harry's visit to Ukraine went

Prince Harry's visit to the Ukrainian capital lasted only a day and a half, but became a big event.

The Duke of Sussex arrived to support Ukrainian veterans and present initiatives of his Invictus Games Foundation, leaving a strong impression both among the military and ordinary people.

The trip to Kyiv was kept strictly secret. As The Guardian writes, Harry crossed the border from Poland by train, accompanied by a small group of security guards.

The rainy trip turned out to be unexpectedly relaxed. The Duke refused to take official photos, communicated with fellow travelers, walked in socks along the carriage, and jokingly shared his hobbies. In particular, he spoke about boxing as his favorite way to relieve stress.

The main task of his stay was a meeting with wounded soldiers.

During the full-scale war, more than 130,000 Ukrainians have suffered severe injuries, and the British experience of sports rehabilitation initiated by Harry has become an example for the Ukrainian government.

During the visit, the Prince went to the National Museum of the History of Ukraine in the Second World War, where he spoke with veterans undergoing recovery treatment.

Another stop was Independence Square, where, since the beginning of the invasion, a memorial of Ukrainian flags has been installed in honor of the fallen.

Although Harry had planned to lay flowers in silence, he was surrounded by dozens of people.

Shortly after, the Prince left the capital as discreetly as he had arrived.
