Florida talks, Zelenskyy's stance
The talks in Florida are now in their second day.
On the first day, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy noted that the meetings had produced signals pointing toward possible new prisoner swaps. At the same time, he emphasized that the Russian leader shows no genuine interest in peace.
Earlier, Steve Witkoff stated that the parties were gradually narrowing the list of contentious issues for the future peace agreement, focusing on core aspects of security and stability.
Zelenskyy also highlighted the importance of assessing Russia's true readiness to end the war, stressing that the Ukrainian team continues active consultations with American partners to achieve a fair and lasting outcome.
