Passenger minibus hit by Russian FPV drone in Ukraine, seven wounded

A Russian FPV drone struck a passenger minibus in the Nikopol district of the Dnipropetrovsk region in Ukraine, injuring several civilians. Among the victims is a 16-year-old boy, and two men are in critical condition, Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration head Oleksandr Hanzha and the State Emergency Service (DSNS) of Ukraine report.
Details of strike on passenger minibus
The attack took place in the Chervonohryhorivka community. A Russian FPV drone hit a scheduled passenger minibus carrying civilians.
"At least seven people were injured in Russia's attack on the Nikopol district. The enemy struck a scheduled passenger minibus in the Chervonohryhorivka community," Oleksandr Hanzha said.
Among the injured is a 16-year-old boy. Two men were hospitalized in critical condition. The minibus was completely destroyed by fire after the strike.
Details from emergency responders
The State Emergency Service provided additional details about the attack. According to the agency, the drone struck the minibus about an hour before the statement was released.
"An hour ago, a Russian FPV drone hit a passenger minibus carrying civilians. It was a deliberate and cynical strike on civilians," DSNS said.
Emergency responders and police evacuated the injured from the danger zone and transported them to a medical facility.
Russia has repeatedly targeted civilians in different regions of Ukraine, including in attacks carried out today.
As previously reported, Russian forces struck a high-rise apartment building in the center of Odesa.
The attack damaged the residential building, and emergency crews searched through the rubble for people who may have been trapped.
In addition, Russian drones injured two children in the Odesa region. The girl remains in critical condition.
