In the occupied part of the Luhansk region, another stage of mobilization has begun. Russians plan to conscript young men into the army, according to the head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration, Artem Lysohor.

According to him, after the elections of the Russian dictator Vladimir Putin, conscription into the occupier's army has begun in the captured territory of the Luhansk region.

Schools and other educational institutions have been collecting data on young men approaching the age of 18 for further transmission of this information to local military recruitment offices.

Additionally, law enforcement officers are busy searching for adult male residents, who are also planned to be conscripted into the army.

Russia is conducting mobilization for war against Ukraine

Earlier, the representative of the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Andrii Yusov, stated that in October, the pace of mobilization in Russia exceeded 20,000 individuals per month.

Meanwhile, the head of the so-called DPR (Donetsk People's Republic), Denis Pushilin, issued a decree on the mobilization of men in the temporarily occupied Mariupol.

British intelligence recently reported that Russia is recruiting approximately 30,000 new soldiers into its army each month. This allows Russia to cover its losses and continue the war against Ukraine.
