NATO sends 2 aircraft to Romania for surveillance on Crimea
Two NATO aircraft arrived in Romania for reconnaissance in the Crimean direction. A wave of concern began in Russia's hostile information channels, according to the Crimean Wind Telegram channel.
According to the Flightradar flight tracking portal, a Royal Air Force Boeing RC-135W Rivet Joint aircraft with the call sign RRR7224 took off from Waddington Air Base in the UK.
A US Navy Boeing P-8A Poseidon anti-submarine patrol aircraft, which arrived from the Sigonella NATO air base in Sicily, is also in the air off the coast of Romania.
“Z-publics are shouting that the RC-135 arrived to monitor the results of the strike on the airfield in Novofedorivka. This may be true. They are also shouting that this particular aircraft 'guided Ukrainian missiles to the airfield'. But this is not true,” the report says.
As the monitoring group explains, to guide missiles, it is necessary to be in the air, and the British spy was over the Black Sea on July 24, conducting reconnaissance.
“Since the beginning of the war, Western intelligence agencies have been sharing information with Ukraine in real-time,” the report explains.
