Russian forces struck a high-rise building in Dnipro in the morning. As a result of the attack, fires broke out, and there are injured, reports head of Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration Oleksandr Hanzha.

"Due to the Russian strike, walls, balconies, windows, and the technical floor of a high-rise building in Dnipro were damaged. Fires broke out on two upper floors," Hanzha said.

The head of Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration also reported that three people were injured as a result of the attack, and medics are providing them with necessary assistance.

According to him, two people injured in Dnipro have been hospitalized in serious condition. They are a woman aged 67 and a man aged 74. They have shrapnel wounds, lacerations, and traumatic brain injuries.

The number of injuries has increased

Later, it became known that 9 injured as a result of the morning attack by Russians on Dnipro. Among the victims is a one-and-a-half-year-old boy.

The child has been hospitalized, and doctors assess the boy's condition as moderate.

Russian strike on Ukraine during the night of March 24

Russian forces carried out a massive strike on Ukraine tonight, March 24, using drones and missiles of various types.

In total, radio-technical troops of the Air Force recorded 426 air attack means. According to preliminary data, as of 09:00, air defense shot down or suppressed 390 targets – 25 missiles and 365 drones of various types.

Thus, in the Poltava community, damage to residential buildings and a hotel building was recorded. Fires broke out as a result of strikes. Emergency services promptly arrived at the scenes. In total, two people are known to have been killed. Another 11 people were injured. They received the necessary medical assistance.

In addition, Russian forces attacked a suburban train on the Slatyne – Kharkiv route with a strike drone. As a result of the attack, one person is dead, and one is injured.
