Lithuania to deliver 14 M113 armored personnel carriers to Ukraine this week

This week, Lithuania will hand over 14 M113 armored personnel carriers to Ukraine as part of a coalition for demining, the Lithuanian Ministry of Defense reports.
"Lithuania is sending 14 armored vehicles M113 to Ukraine this week to enhance demining capabilities," the statement says.
The Lithuanian Ministry of Defense notes that this is part of the country's unwavering support for the demining coalition.
Lithuania's assistance to Ukraine
Lithuania has been supporting Ukraine since the first days of Russia's full-scale invasion.
The country has provided financial, humanitarian, and military assistance, and has sheltered thousands of refugees. It also supports sanctions against Russia and Ukraine's path to the EU and NATO.
Earlier, Lithuania provided Ukraine with M577 armored personnel carriers, air defense systems, ammunition, and other military equipment and ammunition.
Lithuania has also recently joined the coalition to strengthen Ukraine's air defense and allocated €13.5 million for the purchase of radars.
