Kyiv under drone attack overnight: Casualty details emerge

After one of the largest air attacks by Russia in Kyiv, there are multiple casualties. In particular, two people are hospitalized, according to Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko.
"Currently, after the enemy's massive night attack on the capital, two injured people are in city hospitals," Klitschko said.
He also reported that four citizens received outpatient care.
Meanwhile, the Kyiv police press service said that among the injured in Kyiv is one police officer.
Later, during a telethon broadcast, Kyiv City Military Administration head Tymur Tkachenko said that, according to his data, four men aged between 35 and 66 were injured. One in the Darnytskyi district, two in Obolonskyi, and one in Shevchenkivskyi. All were hospitalized with shrapnel wounds and other injuries.
"During the attack, at least one person was trapped under debris. But as far as I know, everything is fine there. They managed to free her without any requests for assistance or significant injuries," he said.
Consequences of the massive Russian attack on Kyiv
On the night of June 10, Russian troops carried out one of the largest strikes on Kyiv. Air defense forces worked continuously to repel the enemy attack on the city.
However, the consequences could not be avoided. Fires and destruction were recorded. Seven districts of the capital were affected. Drone debris fell in Holosiivskyi, Darnytskyi, Desnianskyi, Dniprovskyi, Obolonskyi, Podilskyi, Solomianskyi, and Shevchenkivskyi districts of Kyiv.
Situation by districts:
- In the Obolonskyi district, apartments on the lower floors of a multi-story building and about a dozen parked cars nearby suffered significant damage. A car repair shop building caught fire.
- In the Holosiivskyi district, a business center building was damaged.
- In the Darnytskyi district, a residential building was hit, cars and railway tracks were damaged.
- In the Podilskyi district, drone debris fell near a gas station.
- In the Solomianskyi district, a private house and the roof of a 16-story apartment building were damaged.
- In the Shevchenkivskyi district, a grocery market and a business center were damaged.
Currently, efforts to eliminate the consequences of the enemy’s attack on Kyiv continue. Rescuers and law enforcement officers are working on-site to document yet another war crime.
RBC-Ukraine has already been on-site and published photos and videos of the aftermath of the drone and missile raids on the capital.
We also learned that during the night attack, most of the strike drones were flying specifically toward Kyiv. Additionally, all the missiles were fired at the Ukrainian capital.
