Kuleba says when to expect aerial victories of F-16 fighters
The first air victories of F-16 fighters in Ukraine are expected later this year, says the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Dmytro Kuleba during a telethon broadcast.
"The preparation for the first air strike to be carried out by F-16s in Ukrainian airspace is proceeding as planned. Pilots, engineers, and infrastructure are being prepared," he said.
According to the minister, the countries that promised to provide F-16s to Ukraine are fulfilling their commitments.
"The process is ongoing, it takes time, but everything is more or less going according to plan. I believe that this year we will have the first air victories of F-16s in Ukraine," Kuleba stated.
