In Kostiantynivka, the death toll has risen to 14 due to a Russian shelling. An investigation into the war crime was launched, according to the Office of the Prosecutor General.

Currently, it is known about:

  • 14 victims;
  • 43 wounded as a result of the shelling.

"This is terror and barbarism. No situation on the front can justify the killing of civilians. An investigation into the war crime has already been launched. The terrorist state must and will be punished for its actions," said Ukraine's Prosecutor General Andriy Kostin.
