Kharkiv under missile attack: High-rises hit and one reported injured

The Russian forces launched missile strikes on Kharkiv overnight on April 3. As a result of the enemy shelling, multi-story buildings were damaged, and a woman was injured, according to Telegram posts by Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov and the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov.
"As a result of the strike with four ballistic missiles on the Kyivskyi district, several multi-story residential buildings were damaged, windows were blown out, and a gas pipeline was ruptured," Terekhov reported.
A few minutes later, Syniehubov informed that a 63-year-old woman had been injured as a result of the missile strike. She has been hospitalized and is receiving all necessary assistance.
Attacks on Kharkiv
The Russian forces attacked Kharkiv with drones for nearly 24 hours straight, from the evening of April 1 until the night of April 3. About 20 strikes were recorded in the city, and after the latest one, a hotel was damaged. Additionally, a 28-year-old woman and an infant were injured.
According to Mayor Ihor Terekhov, on April 2, the Russian forces struck the city with jet-powered drones for the first time.
