As noted by the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, there was a direct hit on a building in the Kyivskyi district. As of now, a fire is ongoing on the 2nd and 3rd floors.
Rescue workers are already working at the site of the strike and are eliminating the consequences.
Meanwhile, police, together with units of the State Emergency Service, are conducting door-to-door checks in order to promptly identify those civilians who may need assistance.

"It is known that there are two injured: a 61-year-old woman and a 52-year-old woman sustained blast injuries; they are receiving all necessary medical assistance," the head of the regional military administration emphasized.
