Iran files complains to UN against Trump, warns against 'military adventurism'

Iran has complained to the UN Security Council over the "reckless and belligerent" remarks by US President Donald Trump, warning against "any military adventurism," Reuters reports.
In its complaint, Iran called the recent statements by the President of the United States a "flagrant violation of international law."
"(Iran - ed.) strongly warns against any military adventurism and will respond swiftly and decisively to any act of aggression or attack by the United States or its proxy, the Israeli regime, against its sovereignty, territorial integrity, or national interests," wrote Iran's ambassador to the UN, Amir Saeid Iravani, in a letter.
Trump's threats to Iran
In 2015, Iran, the US, and several other countries signed an agreement that restricted Tehran's nuclear program in exchange for sanctions relief. However, during his first presidential term, Trump withdrew from the deal and reinstated sanctions.
Recently, during his second term, the White House chief stated that he wants a new nuclear deal with Iran. According to media reports, Trump also demanded that an agreement be reached within two months, but Tehran rejected Washington's proposal. In response, the US President began threatening Iran with bombings.
