What is currently known about iOS 18
As the well-known Bloomberg insider Mark Gurman emphasizes, one of the important innovations in iOS 18 will be the integration of generative artificial intelligence technology into the performance of the voice assistant Siri, as well as the processing of text messages.
Also, according to some data, Apple plans to implement large-scale language models (LLM) in Siri, allowing users to automate complex tasks.
Another feature likely to be introduced in iOS 18 is support for the RCS standard for cross-platform messaging. It will simplify interaction between iPhone and Android smartphone owners, providing higher quality sending and receiving of photos and videos, as well as the exchange of voice messages over Wi-Fi between devices with iOS and Android operating systems.
We previously wrote that a dangerous virus was discovered in iOS and Android, which no one knew about until now.
Also, recently it's become known that Apple will completely change the design of iOS 18.
