France provides military assistance to Ukraine worth hundreds of millions of euros in 2024: List
France has provided military assistance to Ukraine since the beginning of 2024, estimated at 420 million euros. Paris has disclosed the full list, according to the French Ministry of Defense.
The Ministry of Defense reported that since January, Ukraine has received from France:
- 100,800 ration packs
- 1,526 night vision binoculars (1,971 since the start of the full-scale invasion)
- 15 Milan anti-tank missile systems (18 since the start of the full-scale invasion)
- 34 VAB armored personnel carriers (284 since the start of the full-scale invasion)
- Five TRM 10000 trucks
- 19 Zodiac Futura motorboats (49 since the start of the full-scale invasion)
- Five TRM 10000 fuel tankers (15 since the start of the full-scale invasion)
- Petroleum products and jet fuel
- 620,000 small-caliber ammunition rounds (1.72 million since the start of the full-scale invasion)
- 2,500 grenades (13,000 since the start of the full-scale invasion)
- 10,000 rounds of 12.7mm ammunition (1.75 million since the start of the full-scale invasion)
- 1,000 105mm shells for AMX10 RC (10,000 since the start of the full-scale invasion)
- 16,500 155mm shells (46,500 since the start of the full-scale invasion)
- 60 reconnaissance drones (220 since the start of the full-scale invasion)
- 1,300 detonators (18,300 since the start of the full-scale invasion)
- 200 flares (38,200 since the start of the full-scale invasion)
- 1,400 units of pyrotechnics (44,400 since the start of the full-scale invasion)
- 1,000 anti-tank mines (4,600 since the start of the full-scale invasion)
- 155 7.62mm machine guns (210 since the start of the full-scale invasion)
- 150 12.7mm machine guns (710 since the start of the full-scale invasion)
- 10 sniper rifles (30 since the start of the full-scale invasion)
- AASM guided bombs
- 63 Mk81 aviation bombs
The department also noted that France not only provided military assistance but also trained Ukrainian soldiers. Since the beginning of the year, almost two thousand Ukrainian defenders have undergone training.
French assistance
Since the beginning of the full-scale war, France has been providing military assistance to Ukraine. Paris has supplied long-range missiles SCALP, self-propelled artillery units Caesar, and more.
Yesterday, on June 6, French President Emmanuel Macron announced the supply of Mirage 2000 fighter jets to Ukraine.
The Air Force has already responded to this announcement, stating that the Mirage 2000 is an aircraft capable of effectively carrying out combat missions.
