Last night, a high-rise building in Vyshneve was damaged, and a production facility in the Fastiv district caught fire due to an enemy air attack involving drones in the Kyiv region. There were no casualties or injuries, according to the State Emergency Service (SES).

On the morning of January 25, emergency responders released footage showing the aftermath of a Russian drone strike on the Kyiv region.

According to the State Emergency Service (SES), the drone strike in Vyshneve destroyed balconies from the 5th to the 9th floors of a residential building.

Three people were rescued from the 5th floor and another two from the 7th floor, including two children.

“Preliminarily, no injuries have been reported. The scene is being handled by 42 rescuers and seven units of equipment. Information is being updated,” the SES stated.

Additionally, the SES reported that a fire broke out in a production facility in the Fastiv district. The blaze, covering an area of 600 square meters, has been extinguished.

No casualties or injuries were reported in this incident either.

Shahed attack on the night of January 25

As reported earlier, Russian forces launched several groups of attack drones towards Ukraine on the evening prior. Air raid alerts were issued in multiple regions due to the threat posed by Shahed drones.

During the night, explosions were heard in Kyiv amid the enemy's drone assault.

It was also reported that in the Kyiv region, Shahed drones damaged a residential high-rise building in two districts and caused a fire at a production facility. Fortunately, there were no injuries.

Meanwhile, the Cherkasy Regional Military Administration stated in the morning that the enemy had targeted critical infrastructure in the Cherkasy region with attack drones, leaving parts of the city of Cherkasy without power.
