Russia attacked Kyiv: High-rise building damaged, company caught fire
In the Kyiv region, two districts were affected by a Russian airstrike, resulting in damage to a residential multi-story building and a fire at a manufacturing enterprise. Fortunately, there were no casualties, states Mykola Kalyashnyk, the acting head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration.
The official reported that in one of the settlements in the Kyiv region, the balconies on the 4th to 8th floors of a 9-story building were destroyed, and window frames were shattered.
"In one of the entrances, the stairwell ceiling collapsed," he added.
The head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration informed that all emergency services are working at the site, conducting inspections of the entrances and dismantling the damaged structures.
"The new building is partially inhabited. There have been no reports of casualties," Kalyashnyk said.
Additionally, the official reported that in another district of the Kyiv region, debris from a downed enemy target caused a fire at a manufacturing facility covering an area of 600 square meters.
"The fire has been extinguished. More detailed information will follow," the head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration added.
He also published photos of the damaged nine-story building in the Kyiv region as a result of the Russian airstrike.
