Fatal Christmas fight: Two teenagers arrested after sister fatally killed over presents
Two teenage brothers were arrested in Florida after their sister Abrielle Baldwin died in a fight over Christmas presents. 23-year-old sister, who had a 10-month-old son, was shot in the chest by her 14-year-old brother, according to BBC and Independent.
The shooting happened during a clash about who was getting more presents.
Before that, three siblings had gone shopping with their mother and sister's 10-month-old and six-year-old sons. Later, they went to their grandmother’s home where they started arguing over Christmas gifts.
“They had this family spat about who was getting what and what money was being spent on who and they’re having this big thing going on in the store and they’re all arguing with each other,” he said.
The woman was killed after telling her brother to “stop arguing because it was Christmas.”
After the younger sibling killed his sister, their 15-year-old brother grabbed the gun and shot him in the stomach, according to the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office in Florida.

The 15-year-old ran away and threw his gun. The 14-year-old brother is in the hospital but will be taken into custody after being released.
The woman was taken to the hospital but couldn't survive. She suffered internal bleeding, but her 10-month-old son, who was with her in a carrier, was unharmed.
The 15-year-old brother has been charged with attempted first-degree murder and tampering with evidence. The case will be reviewed to decide if the 14-year-old will be charged as an adult for his sister's death.
