The situation in the Zaporizhzhia region

Recall that Russian forces occupied territories along the Azov Sea coast in the early months of the full-scale invasion. The cities of Melitopol, Berdiansk, and Tokmak became the main points for the Russians.

The explosions have become more frequent in the occupied Melitopol lately. As locals note, the occupiers are uneasy in the city because the Armed Forces of Ukraine have weapons that can reach them.

However, the occupiers continued to shell the Zaporizhzhia region daily. For example, today, on November 15, rockets hit the Zaporizhzhia region. Civil infrastructure was targeted.

In addition, in the Zaporizhzhia region, rescuers came under fire while extinguishing a fire. Two State Emergency Service fighters were killed, and three more were injured.
