Explosions in Kerch: Ukrainian Armed Forces damaged the Zaliv shipyard
The Ukrainian Armed Forces today, November 4, reportedly damaged the Zaliv shipyard in Crimea, according to the Strategic Communications Department of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
"The Ukrainian Armed Forces have successfully targeted the maritime and port infrastructure of the Zaliv shipyard in temporarily occupied Crimea," the military reported.
This is one of the largest shipbuilding enterprises in Eastern Europe. Since 2020, the Zaliv shipyard began construction of aircraft carriers for the Russian Navy.
Strikes on Crimea
On November 4, there were explosions in Kerch. The occupiers claimed that it was due to an anti-aircraft missile system (PPO).
Additionally, at the end of October, it became known that the Ukrainian Armed Forces had targeted a strategic object of the Russian air defense system on the western coast of Crimea.
As a result of Ukrainian strikes on Crimea, the Russian command is redeploying ships of the Black Sea Fleet from Sevastopol to other ports.
