On September 23, in Sevastopol, explosions and the sounds of missiles flying overhead are being reported, with a cloud of smoke hanging over the city, according to the local Telegram channel.
"It's loud in Sevastopol again. People heard the sound of a missile flying by just 5 minutes ago, followed by an explosion," the channel reports.
It is noted that the cloud of smoke is rising in the area of Inkerman, as well as the northern side of the city.
The explosion reportedly occurred at 08:32 AM.
Currently, the air raid alarm has been activated in the city.
The military leadership of Ukraine has not commented on this information in any way. Russian terrorists are also keeping silent.

According to local Telegram channels, explosions continue to echo in the city.

"According to preliminary information, the air defense system was activated in Sevastopol. Missile fragments fell near the pier in the area of Sukharna Balka. All special services have arrived at the scene," said the so-called governor of Sevastopol, Mikhail Razvozhayev.

"Subscribers report that the missile landed in the Inkerman area, where the oil base of the Black Sea Fleet is located. They also report a missile that flew at an altitude of 30 meters," claims the Crimean Wind Telegram channel.

"After the explosion, the movement of maritime passenger transport has been suspended," writes another Telegram channel.

Reportedly, the oil base in Inkerman is still there for now.
Meanwhile, Russian terrorists continue to express concern about alleged attacks by drones and coastal missile complexes, claiming a risk to the western coast of Crimea and Sevastopol.
Attack on the Black Sea Fleet headquarters
Yesterday, on September 22, the headquarters of the Russians' Black Sea Fleet in Sevastopol was attacked. The Strategic Communications Directorate of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine confirmed that the attack was carried out by Ukrainian soldiers with the use of Storm Shadow missiles.

According to the head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of Ukraine, Kyrylo Budanov, at least 9 individuals were eliminated during the operation and 16 terrorists were wounded, including Russian generals.
