Explosion heard in Solomianskyi district of Kyiv, fire reported
On the night of October 30, Russia once again launched drone attacks on Kyiv. An explosion was heard in the Solomianskyi district, and a fire was reported, states Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko.
"An explosion in the Solomianskyi district of the capital. All services are heading to the scene. In the same area, there is a fire caused by the debris of a drone," the message stated at 04:01.
It is noted that the Russian attack on Kyiv and other regions of Ukraine is ongoing at this time.
Klitschko clarified that non-residential premises are on fire in the Solomianskyi district. A fire also occurred at another address in the same area.
"There are still several drones over the city. Air defense forces are engaged. Do not leave shelters," he wrote.
"In the Solomianskyi district, there is a fire in one of the apartments in a residential building. Medical personnel provided assistance on-site to one injured person," the Mayor of Kyiv reported.
As of now, in the Solomianskyi district, at one of the emergency service call locations in a residential building, there have been three requests for medical assistance. All have received help on-site.
Vitali Klitschko specified that, in total, there are currently four injured individuals.
"In the Solomianskyi district, there is a fire on the second and third floors of a residential building. There are already five injured individuals. Medical personnel have assisted on-site to all of them," Klitschko wrote.

The Kyiv City Military Administration reported that in the Solomianskyi district, another fire has been recorded due to a drone attack, this time in a multi-story administrative building. Information is currently being clarified.

In the residential building in the Solomianskyi district, where drone debris struck, there are now nine injured, including an 11-year-old girl. All have received medical assistance on-site," Klitschko wrote.

The Mayor of Kyiv reported that, as of now, the fire in the residential building in the Solomianskyi district has been extinguished.
"Rescue services are working on-site, and medical personnel are also standing by," he added.
