In the Kursk region, North Korean units are facing a shortage of RPG ammunition. The first reports of a weapon shortage appeared in the area of Russkaya Konopelka, according to the Defense Intelligence (GUR) Telegram channel.

According to GUR, on December 17-18, Russia continued to deploy North Korean troops in the war against Ukraine. In particular, in the Kursk region, a new batch of North Korean soldiers was issued body armor, helmets, and small arms of 5.45, 7.62, and 12.7 mm calibers.

North Korean assault troops were transported to the front lines using water tanker trucks to replace losses and continue active combat operations.
