At the Russian 23rd arsenal in the village of Oktyabrsky, Tver region, nearly 60 storage buildings, a railway depot, and trains carrying ammunition were either destroyed or severely damaged in the attack. This is shown in new satellite images, according to the Twitter account (X) of American OSINT researcher known as "MT_Anderson."
Images have surfaced online showing the locations of the second major military storage facility in the Tver region targeted by Ukrainian Defense Forces.
This pertains to the 23rd arsenal of the Main Missile and Artillery Directorate of the Russian Defense Ministry (GRAU) in the village of Oktyabrsky, which was attacked by drones on the night of September 21.
The facility is also near the city of Toropets, where the 107th arsenal of GRAU exploded on September 18.
According to the OSINT researcher, significant damage has been recorded in the northern part of the depot in Oktyabrsky.
"58+ storage buildings and multiple open areas turned to ash / heavily damaged," his post states.

Strikes on military depots in the Tver region
Earlier reports indicated that on the night of September 21, Ukrainian drones struck an ammunition and missile depot in the Tver region near the city of Toropets.
Sources cited by RBC-Ukraine noted that the attacked 23rd arsenal, targeted by SSU drones, stored missiles and shells for the Iskander systems and the tactical Tochka-U missile systems.
Additionally, on September 18, Ukrainian Defense Forces conducted drone strikes on a large ammunition and missile depot in Toropets, targeting the 107th arsenal of GRAU.
On September 21, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that Ukrainian forces were hitting rear arsenals within Russia using domestically produced weapons. This includes strikes on depots in the Tver region (Oktyabrsky and Toropets) and Krasnodar Krai (Tikhoretsk).
Earlier, Estonian intelligence assessed that Russia lost enough ammunition in the initial strike on the depot in Toropets to sustain a shortfall for 2-3 months.
