Envoy's tour
Hui's first tour took place in the spring of 2023. During that tour, he visited several countries, including Ukraine, Poland, Germany, France, and Russia, to discuss a peaceful settlement of the war in Ukraine.
During his visit to Kyiv, the special envoy held meetings with high-ranking officials, including President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba.
