Casualties and devastation reported in Kyiv region after heavy attack

In the Kyiv region, due to the Russian combined air attack overnight, there are reports of three fatalities and up to ten injured. Footage has been released showing the aftermath cleanup at the site of the strike, reports Mykola Kalashnyk, head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration.
Regarding the casualties
According to the official, the bodies of two people were found during firefighting efforts in the Obukhiv district.
"Another person died in the Bucha district," said the head of the administration.
Regarding the injured
The head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration reported that in the Bila Tserkva district, a man born in 1966 suffered shrapnel wounds to the face. He received medical assistance and was not hospitalized.
Additionally, five more people were injured in the Bila Tserkva district, including two children, according to Kalashnyk.
"In the Fastiv district, two women were injured. Another two people were injured in the Bucha district. In total, 10 injured have been recorded so far," the official said.
Response to the strike, photos from the site
The head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration also said that the State Emergency Service, investigative-operational groups, and medical teams are working on the ground.
"The consequences of the enemy attack are being recorded in the Brovary, Bila Tserkva, Bucha, and Obukhiv districts of the region. More detailed information will follow," the official’s statement says.
He also noted that the enemy air attack is still ongoing and urged residents not to leave shelters until the air raid warning is lifted.

Combined attack on the night of May 25
On this night, Russian forces launched massive air strikes on Ukraine using kamikaze drones and various types of missiles. Explosions were heard in Kyiv, Kharkiv, Mykolaiv, Odesa, Chernihiv, and there were also reports of explosions in Sumy, Zaporizhzhia, and Ternopil regions. Air defense systems were actively operating across the regions.
