President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy will address the Members of the European Parliament on Tuesday, November 19. The address will take place online, according to the European Parliament's press service.

The European Parliament will hold a special session to mark 1,000 days of Russia's war against Ukraine.

"EP President Roberta Metsola will make a statement at the beginning of the session, and political group leaders will speak after President Zelenskyy’s intervention," the press release states.

The European Parliament highlighted its firm support for Ukraine since the beginning of Russia's full-scale invasion, condemning Russian aggression. It also emphasized the sanctions imposed on Russia and the increased support provided to Ukraine.

Ukraine's resilience plan

Earlier in November, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced Ukraine's resilience plan, emphasizing efforts by the government and military leadership to strengthen the country's internal fortitude.

The plan is closely linked to Ukraine's victory plan.

Today, it was reported that Zelenskyy will present the resilience plan on November 19 during his annual address to the Council.
