Zelenskyy to present resilience plan to Ukrainian parliament tomorrow
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy will present Ukraine's resilience plan on November 19. This will take place during his annual address to the Verkhovna Rada, according to a source in the Ukrainian Parliament.
“It will be the President's annual address to the parliament. But it will focus on the resilience plan,” the source says.
Ukraine's resilience plan
In early November, during his evening address, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced the Resilience Plan of Ukraine. At the time, he said that the government and the military command were working on a plan to strengthen Ukraine internally. In particular, it concerns the achievement of goals at the front.
Ukraine's internal resilience plan is interconnected with the victory plan. One of its points, in particular, is the policy of heroes.
Just on November 14, Zelenskyy said that the resilience plan would be made public next week.
