Ukrainian Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko will lead the Ukrainian delegation at the URC-2026 Conference on Ukraine’s Recovery in Gdańsk in place of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
"I will lead the Ukrainian delegation and, more broadly, our efforts at URC-2026 in Gdańsk," Svyrydenko states.
The delegation will include:
- Representatives of the Ukrainian business
- Heads of state-owned companies
- Representatives of communities from all regions of the country
- Government officials and members of parliament.
The program includes events at various levels.
The team has a clear mission. According to Svyrydenko, the goal is to reach agreements that will strengthen Ukraine’s defense capabilities and resilience and expand economic cooperation.
"Ukraine respects its partners and builds cooperation precisely on the principle of mutual respect," she adds.
URC-2026 conference will take place on June 25–26 in Gdańsk.
Amid preparations for the conference, relations between Ukraine and Poland have deteriorated. As a result, Polish President Karol Nawrocki did not receive an invitation to the event.
The scandal between the two countries erupted over the Order of the White Eagle, which Nawrocki decided to revoke from Zelenskyy.
