There is news regarding combat aviation for Ukraine. A new boost is coming soon, though details remain undisclosed for now, said Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy in his evening address.

"Today, we have a reinforcement of our combat aviation. Thank you. The details are not public yet, but we are constantly adding strength in the sky," the President said.

Zelenskyy's statement comes ahead of the meeting of the Coalition of the Willing on December 11. More than 30 countries support Ukraine and are prepared to guarantee compliance with the peace deal after the war.

"Ukraine is working fast. Every visit, every negotiation always produces practical results for our defense and resilience," he added.

According to Zelenskyy, Europe is also preparing additional sanctions against Russia. The new measures will target Russia's shadow fleet oil tankers and its oil-transport infrastructure. Ukraine will contribute its own package of sanctions against Russia's tanker fleet.

"And we will expand this pressure together with our partners. There will be new steps against Russian propagandists as well," the President said.

Poland's General Staff recently confirmed that Warsaw is in talks with Kyiv about transferring MiG-29 fighter jets to Ukraine. In exchange for the older aircraft, Poland wants access to specific drone and missile technologies owned by Ukraine.

Media reports suggest the talks concern the remaining 14 MiG-29s still in service with the Polish Air Force - 11 single-seat and 3 two-seat aircraft modernized to NATO standards. Poland acknowledges the jets have reached the end of their operational service life.
