Zelenskyy's visit to Poland
Yesterday, January 15, the Ukrainian president arrived on an official visit to Poland. The Ukrainian president had a number of meetings with Polish government officials.
The day before, the office of the Polish Prime Minister announced that the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy would visit Warsaw on Wednesday to meet with Prime Minister Donald Tusk.

Agreement between Israel and Hamas
Israel reached an agreement on the Gaza Strip with Hamas. As part of the agreement, Hamas undertook to gradually release the Israeli hostages. The first stage includes 33 hostages. In total, Hamas may hold 94 people.
Israeli President Isaac Herzog called on the government to approve the ceasefire agreement with Hamas. It will be put to a vote in the coming days.

TikTok set to cease operations in US by January 19

Ukraine achieves separate format for the return of prisoners
The Ukrainian side has achieved a separate format for the return of its citizens from Russian captivity, specifically for those who are seriously ill and wounded.
Among those already freed are people with vision loss, amputations, complex gunshot wounds, and consequences of mine-explosive injuries. It also includes people with tuberculosis, cancer, and gangrene.
