Zelenskyy praises Spanish Prime Minister's support: 'He's a great guy'

The Prime Minister of Spain, Pedro Sánchez, is a great guy; he has been and continues to be very helpful to Ukraine, according to a statement of the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
"Pass on my warm regards to Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez; he's a great guy, he's been very helpful," the statement reads.
According to the president he spoke with him even at night, after the decision was made, because the next morning there was a 50 billion euro blockade being prepared (at the EU summit - Ed.).
"We have a good relationship; we exchange important signals via WhatsApp on what Ukraine wants and how to support it. Pedro personally asks me where and how support is needed," adds the President.
Support from Spain
Recently, the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Jose Manuel Albares, expressed Spain's firm commitment to supporting Ukraine's peace, sovereignty, and territorial integrity.
Also, a month ago, a group of Ukrainian military personnel arrived in Spain for training on the Hawk anti-aircraft missile systems.
