Zelenskyy: Internal resilience plan to be unveiled next week
Ukraine is actively working on implementing its internal Resilience Plan, which will be unveiled next week, stated Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
Zelenskyy emphasized that today, the section of the internal plan regarding security was worked out.
"Security across our entire country, in every region, in every community. This is the foundation, the safe space that every citizen needs. The Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Security Service of Ukraine have made good progress. We will definitely implement everything," he explained.
The President noted that they had already worked on items related to energy and had thoroughly prepared everything regarding domestically produced weapons and cooperation with partners.
"In total, there are 10 points, which will be presented next week. And for each point, together with Ukrainian civil society and all parties, we will complement them with rational ideas from business, preparing a basic doctrinal document for Ukraine," Zelenskyy summarized.
Zelenskyy's victory plan
In early September, Zelenskyy announced a victory plan. As RBC-Ukraine previously reported, the victory plan is aimed at forcing Russia to negotiate on Kyiv's terms.
Initially, the specifics of the plan were unknown. Zelenskyy described it as clear and fair. The first version of the document was presented to US President Joe Biden, as the plan is heavily reliant on US support. Other international partners were later briefed on the contents.
On October 16, Zelenskyy presented the plan to the Ukrainian Parliament, revealing that the document consists of five key points and three secret annexes. In particular, the secret part was not publicly disclosed. The content of the secret section is known to the closest partners and cannot be published.
Later, Zelenskyy announced an internal Resilience Plan.
