Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy is holding a telephone conversation with French President Emmanuel Macron, German Chancellor Friedrich Merz, and British Prime Minister Keir Starmer, sources say.
According to a source at RBC-Ukraine, the politicians are discussing a draft of a new peace plan to end the war in Ukraine.
European leaders plan to hold an emergency meeting tomorrow at the G20 summit in South Africa to discuss the US peace plan.
According to The Guardian, European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen may also speak with Zelenskyy very soon.
At the same time, the European Commission briefing emphasized that the European Union was not officially informed about the preparation of the US and Russian plan to end the war in Ukraine before its public announcement.

German Chancellor Friedrich Merz canceled a series of meetings today, November 21, to discuss the new peace plan with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and US leader Donald Trump.
President Volodymyr Zelensky reviewed the proposals after talks with US Army Secretary Daniel Driscoll.
According to media reports, the document has 28 points. The White House does not confirm or disclose these points, but says that President Donald Trump supports the plan and considers it acceptable to both sides.
European leaders have already called Trump's plan Ukraine's surrender due to the lack of real concessions from Russia, and are preparing their own version of steps to resolve Russia's invasion of Ukraine.
More about the US peace plan, its details, and the aggressive schedule can be found in the RBC-Ukraine's report.
