Zelenskyy explains what intentions Putin shared with Trump concerning Ukraine

Russian President Vladimir Putin provided false information about the war in Ukraine to his American counterpart, Donald Trum,p during their meeting, according to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s statement at a press conference in Denmark.
According to him, during his conversation with Donald Trump, the Russian President claimed that the Russian army was allegedly occupying Ukrainian territory.
He also told Trump that the Russian invaders would supposedly reach Pokrovsk within a month.
Furthermore, according to the Russian leader, in two months, Russia would capture almost the entire eastern part of Ukraine, after which it would advance toward Kharkiv, Dnipro, and Kyiv.
Zelenskyy emphasized that they (Russians - ed.) had been showing some maps and very "strange schemes" that he had seen a lot, and that these narratives needed to be dismantled, which is exactly what Ukraine’s military and diplomatic team were doing.
US leader Donald Trump grew frustrated with constant negotiations with Russian President Vladimir Putin about Ukraine, as they yielded no results.
Notably, after his meeting with Volodymyr Zelenskyy in New York, Donald Trump wrote on social media that Ukraine could reclaim all its territories temporarily occupied by Russia.
According to the US president, such an outcome is possible if Ukraine receives support from the European Union.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that Donald Trump’s view changed precisely after meeting with Ukrainian representatives.
