US issues statement on negotiations with Russia: Identical to Ukraine's, except for one point

The USA summarized the results of negotiations with Russian officials in Saudi Arabia. Their outcomes differ from the agreements the USA made with Ukraine in only one point, according to the White House.
As noted by the White House, following the negotiations between Russian and American officials:
-
The USA and Russia agreed to ensure safe navigation, prevent the use of force, and prohibit the use of commercial vessels for military purposes in the Black Sea.
-
The USA will help restore Russia's access to global markets for the export of agricultural products and fertilizers, lower the cost of maritime insurance, and expand access to ports and payment systems for such operations.
-
The USA and Russia agreed to develop measures to implement the agreement between President Trump and President Putin regarding a ban on strikes against energy infrastructure in Russia and Ukraine.
-
The USA and Russia welcome the good offices of third countries to support the implementation of energy and maritime agreements.
-
The United States and Russia will continue working toward achieving a strong and lasting peace.
At the same time, the American side reminded of President Donald Trump’s demand to stop killings on both sides as a necessary step toward achieving a durable peace settlement.
To this end, the United States will continue to facilitate negotiations between Ukraine and Russia.
Ukraine and the USA negotiations
Recently, American officials met not only with Russian representatives but also with their Ukrainian counterparts. Following the negotiations, the White House also issued a statement, almost identical to the one released after the talks with Russia.
The only difference in the "Ukrainian" final statement is the second point: it mentions the USA's support for the exchange of prisoners of war and the return of deported Ukrainian children.
