The special envoy of the United States of America (USA), Keith Kellogg, left Ukraine yesterday, July 16, according to RBC-Ukraine's sources.

Kellogg's visit to Ukraine

This was not Kellogg's first visit to Ukraine. Before this, he had visited the country back in February.

News of the new visit became known during his trip to Rome, where last week the Ukraine Recovery Conference (URC 2025) took place. At that time, he allowed for the possibility that his visit would last a whole week.

Kellogg arrived in Kyiv on July 14. During the first two days, he managed to meet with the highest-ranking Ukrainian officials. More details about this – in the material by RBC-Ukraine.

It is also ironic that Russian militants reduced the intensity of shelling during the visit of the US special representative. As President Volodymyr Zelenskyy noted at the time, this only means that Russia is afraid of the USA.

Also interesting is that Kellogg visited Ukraine’s defense enterprises and saw with his own eyes how drones of Ukrainian production are being created and developed.
