Kellogg impressed by Ukraine’s cutting-edge drone technology

Trump’s Special Envoy, Keith Kellogg, visited defense enterprises in Ukraine and praised the country’s potential in drone production, saying the US should pay close attention, according to his post on the social media platform X.
“I saw firsthand how Ukrainian-made drones are being built and developed. Incredible innovation, especially with drones. In this new age/type of war, they lead,” Kellogg wrote.
He also noted that in this new era of warfare, they [Ukrainians] are leading. According to Kellogg, the speed of technological development and capability is impressive.
“Our defense industrial base should take notice and adapt,” Kellogg concluded.
Trump wants to buy Ukrainian drones
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy recently stated that US leader Donald Trump expressed interest in Ukrainian combat drones for the US military.
“I told him that I really want to buy things from you - things that only you have. And he told me that America wants to buy drones produced in Ukraine. I think it's a win-win. I really want America to help us protect our skies. It's very important,” Zelenskyy said, recalling their phone conversation.
