US and Europe must prepare for war with China and Russia, NATO commander says

Europe and the US must actively prepare for a future war against China and Russia, as Chinese leader Xi Jinping will push Russia to attack NATO when he decides to invade Taiwan, stated NATO’s new commander in Europe, General Alexus Grynkewich, Bild reports.
Grynkewich believes the European Union and the US have at most two and a half years to prepare for war against Russia and China. The general predicts that 2027 will be a year of major crisis.
According to Grynkewich, Xi Jinping, planning an attack on Taiwan, will look for ways to divert the attention of the US and NATO from the Indo-Pacific region. One possible way would be a Russian attack on NATO countries.
Since Russia is a satellite of China, Xi Jinping will force the Kremlin to attack Europe. Meanwhile, Xi will try to strike Taiwan while NATO and the US are occupied repelling the Russian offensive.
The outlet summarized that the EU and the US have only 18 months to prepare for a global military conflict with China and Russia.
NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte shares the same view. He believes that China can force Russia to attack NATO countries to divert the bloc's attention from the Asia-Pacific region. For Beijing, Russia will become cannon fodder.
Rutte also suggested that within five to seven years, Russia may attack a NATO member. Estonia or another Baltic country is the most likely target for the Kremlin.
