US Ambassador to Ukraine Bridget Brink responded to another massive Russian attack on Ukraine with missiles and attack drones. The Ambassador called on the US to approve military assistance to Ukraine on her X account.

"All night, Russia has ruthlessly launched missiles & drones against Ukraine’s energy infrastructure - now all of Ukraine is under air alert. Russia’s barbaric effort to take the power out for millions of men, women, and children continues unchecked. Our assistance is needed now," she says.

Russian massive attack on March 29

On the evening of March 28, the Ukrainian Air Force reported launches and movements of Shaheds, and an air alert was declared in some regions.

In the morning, the Russian occupiers launched missiles from Tu-95MS aircraft. There were also reports of Kinzhal missiles being launched from MiG-31K aircraft and ballistic missiles from Crimea.

The Russian missiles reached the western regions, but the main attack of the invaders was aimed at the Dnipropetrovsk and Cherkasy regions. Critical infrastructure and energy facilities were attacked there.

It is also known that the Russians attacked three thermal power plants in Ukraine, causing serious damage to equipment.
