Today, February 4, negotiations between delegations from Ukraine, the US, and Russia will begin in Abu Dhabi. Earlier, it was reported that on February 2, representatives of the Ukrainian authorities left for Abu Dhabi to participate in the negotiations.
The previous round of trilateral consultations between Ukraine, the United States, and Russia took place in the UAE on January 23-24. According to RBC-Ukraine, the greatest progress was made on military issues, but the issue of territories remained unresolved.
The next stage of negotiations was scheduled for February 1. Subsequently, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced that the meeting had been postponed to February 4 and 5 in Abu Dhabi.
In an interview, Zelenskyy emphasized that without personal negotiations with Vladimir Putin, it would be impossible to resolve the territorial issue.
