Ukrainian troops liberate Kindrativka in bold push near Russian border

As of July 27, the Armed Forces of Ukraine liberated the settlement of Kindrativka in the Sumy region, according to Lieutenant Colonel Yaroslav Chepurnyi, spokesperson for the Kursk Operational Command.
Chepurnyi explained that the operation was conducted by units of the Kursk troop group in coordination with the senior commander's forces.
Stabilization measures are currently underway in the settlement.
Situation in the Sumy region
On July 26, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that Ukrainian Defense Forces disrupted a Russian military plan in the Sumy region and pushed the enemy back in the area.
Analysts from DeepState recently reported the liberation of Kindrativka village in the Sumy region.
Earlier, RBC-Ukraine reached out to official Defense Forces spokespeople but had not yet received confirmation or denial of this information.
It is worth noting that Russian troops have attempted to break through Ukrainian defenses and advance in the Sumy region over the past few months.
However, at the end of June, the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine reported a significant decrease in Russian combat activity in the Sumy direction.
Additionally, last month, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrskyi said Ukrainian defenders managed to stop Russian forces in the Sumy region.
RBC-Ukraine also reported that additional air defense fire groups will soon be formed in the Sumy region to strengthen sky protection.
