Ukrainian troops will continue to strike at Russian equipment on Russian territory, similar to how they attacked an S-300 system in the Rostov region today, August 21, according to a statement by the spokesperson for the Ukrainian Navy, Dmytro Pletenchuk.

The spokesperson was asked to provide more detailed information about the strike on the Russian S-300 surface-to-air missile system in the Rostov region.

He noted that confirming such damage typically takes more than a day, and details about the attack cannot yet be disclosed.

"The only thing I want to emphasize is that this is not the first such case, and it will not be the last," Pletenchuk stated.

He added that another important detail is the location of the attack, which demonstrates that Ukraine possesses weapon systems with a significant range.

"Another confirmation of this is, in particular, the absence of Russians in the Azov Sea area," the spokesperson for the Ukrainian Navy explained.
