Ukrainian forces strike important Russian air defense sites in Voronezh region

Ukrainian Special Operations Forces (SSO) struck Russia’s P-14F Lena long-range detection radar and the Sopka-2 en-route radar facility in the Voronezh region using strike drones, according to the SSO.
The P-14F Lena long-range detection radar was part of the airspace control system around the Russian Air Force base at Buturlinovka in the Voronezh region.
The Sopka-2 en-route radar facility was part of a continuous airspace monitoring system along the border with Ukraine. It was struck in the village of Garmashevka, Voronezh region.
"Both Russian air defense systems were aimed at countering Ukrainian drones, but it didn't work out. Ukraine’s Special Operations Forces continue to deliver heavy strikes against the enemy, step by step bringing Russia closer to total exhaustion," the Special Operations Forces emphasized.
