Ukrainian forces crush Russian assault in Zaporizhzhia, destroy tank and 16 troops (video)

Ukrainian defenders thwarted a Russian assault in the Orikhiv sector. The enemy used a tank and other equipment for the attack, reports the 118th Mechanized Brigade.
According to the brigade, the Russian assault lasted about three hours.
As a result of coordinated actions, Ukrainian defenders destroyed:

1 tank;

4 buggies;
-
4 motorcycles;
-
16 troops.
In addition, one infantry fighting vehicle and one armored fighting vehicle were damaged. Ten Russian soldiers were wounded.
Ukrainian Armed Forces successes in Sumy region
Yesterday, August 12, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that Ukrainian defenders had cleared the villages of Stepove and Novokostiantynivka in Sumy Region of Russian forces.
On August 10, Ukrainian troops liberated and fully cleared the village of Bezsalivka in Sumy Region, eliminating 18 troops.
On August 9, Ukrainian soldiers destroyed a rare 140-mm mortar of North Korean production in Sumy Region. Russia had received it as part of its expanded military partnership with North Korea.
