Ukrainian drones strike Russian Mi-35 and Mi-8 helicopters at Taganrog airbase

Ukrainian drones struck Russian Mi-35 and Mi-8 helicopters at the Taganrog-Central airfield in the Rostov region, according to Militarnyi.
What is known about the strike
The attack on the airfield was carried out on the night of September 7.
According to analysts from the Absolutely Reliable Telegram channel, who analyzed satellite images, one Mi-8 helicopter was destroyed, and one Mi-35 was damaged in the strike.
The airfield is located approximately 40 kilometers from Ukraine's state border.
The airbase is actively used by the Russian military. The 325th Aircraft Repair Plant operates on its territory and repairs transport aircraft and components for Il-76 aircraft.
The day before, on September 6, the Armed Forces of Ukraine attacked the Rostov-on-Don airfield in the same region where Taganrog is located.
On the same day, according to Fire Point, the largest primary oil refining units at the Ryazan oil refinery, which account for more than 77% of the plant's total capacity, were also hit.
In total, that same evening, Ukraine's Defense Forces struck 14 Russian regions with hundreds of drones, although Moscow itself was not targeted.
A day earlier, the Armed Forces of Ukraine struck a Russian MESH network relay, radar system, and electronic warfare system.
