Ukraine honors ceasefire, avoiding strikes on Moscow, while Russia keeps attacking Kyiv

On the morning of September 6, the Russian Ministry of Defense acknowledged that Ukraine was honoring its promise and was not launching strikes on Moscow, according to the Russian Ministry of Defense. Unlike Russia, which continues to attack Kyiv.
The Russian Ministry of Defense revealed its traditional morning report on the results of repelling a new Ukrainian air attack.
The report indicates that the Ukrainian Defense Forces did not carry out any strikes against Moscow or the Moscow region last night.
Instead, Ukrainian Armed Forces attacked at least 14 regions of Russia.
This time, Ukrainian strikes targeted the Belgorod, Bryansk, Volgograd, Voronezh, Kaluga, Kursk, Lipetsk, Oryol, Rostov, Ryazan, Saratov, Tambov, and Tula regions, as well as the Krasnodar Krai.
In addition, there was heavy activity in Crimea and over the waters of the Black and Azov Seas.
The Russian Ministry of Defense claims that Ukraine struck Russian territories with hundreds of drones, though, as usual, they do not disclose the exact number.
Russia also highlights that its air defense forces allegedly intercepted and destroyed 258 Ukrainian aircraft-type unmanned aerial vehicles.
And right now, one of Russia's largest oil refineries is on fire following the Ukrainian Armed Forces' drone attack.
On September 4, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy assured that throughout Saturday and Sunday, during the visit of US President Donald Trump's envoys to Moscow and Kyiv, Ukraine would ensure the normal functioning of Russian airspace so that the negotiators could arrive safely.
As early as September 5, the Kremlin announced an order from Vladimir Putin not to strike Kyiv for 3 days. However, as is well known, these words turned out to be a lie—air raid sirens continued to sound in the Ukrainian capital.
