“As part of reducing the military-economic potential of the Russian aggressor, on the night of April 28, units of Ukraine’s Defense Forces carried out a repeat strike on the Tuapse refinery in the Krasnodar region,” the General Staff said.
The enterprise is involved in supplying the Russian army on the territory of Ukraine. Hits by strike UAVs on the refinery’s territory were recorded, followed by a fire. The scale of the damage is being clarified.
Ukrainian troops also struck a radar station of the Ai-Petri radio-technical battalion in the area of Okhotnyche in temporarily occupied Crimea.
The Armed Forces of Ukraine also hit Russian command posts near Molochansk, Stulneve, Kokhane, Uspenivka, as well as a warehouse in the area of Kyrylivka in the Zaporizhzhia region, concentrations of personnel near Velyka Novosilka and Rodynske in the Donetsk region, Starobohdanivka in the Zaporizhzhia region, and Ovrazhok in the temporarily occupied territory of Crimea.

Strikes on the Tuapse refinery
The General Staff clarified the consequences of the mid-April strike on the Tuapse refinery: 24 tanks were destroyed, and another four were damaged.
Meanwhile, on April 16, after the first attack, the plant completely stopped operations. After the strikes, thick smoke rose over Tuapse, stretching for more than 300 kilometers — as far as Stavropol. NASA satellites recorded active fire hotspots on the facility’s territory for several more days.
