Ukrainian drones have struck more than 800,000 enemy targets since the beginning of the year. Drones now account for more than 90% of all Russian losses, according to Ukraine's Defense Minister Mykhailo Fedorov.
Thanks to the work of unmanned systems units, Ukraine has significantly disrupted the logistics and military capabilities of Russian forces behind the front lines.
Ukrainian drones have destroyed artillery systems, air defense systems, multiple-launch rocket systems, armored vehicles, robotic systems, ammunition depots, and enemy command posts. In addition, during this period, Ukraine’s Defense Forces have killed or seriously wounded about 167,000 Russian troops.
"May was the most successful month for Ukraine’s Defense Forces. During the month, they struck more than 181,000 targets and killed or seriously wounded 31,530 occupiers," Fedorov said.
The minister said that troops receive ePoints for every confirmed strike, which they can exchange through the Brave1 Market for drones, unmanned ground vehicles, electronic warfare equipment, and components. He added that the Defense Ministry is rapidly scaling up the solutions that deliver the best results.
"Following the President’s directive, we continue to wear down the enemy simultaneously in three domains — in the air, on the ground, and in the economy," Fedorov emphasized.
Ukrainian company Global Mark has developed the Sea Trident underwater drone. It is capable of covertly delivering payloads of up to a ton to target Russian strategic facilities and large naval vessels.
In addition, Ukraine has developed the Dancer 4.5.0 interceptor drone, which can reach speeds of more than 450 km/h. It is capable of engaging targets at altitudes of up to 4.8 km and has an operational range of up to 30 km.
