Ukrainian defenders destroy Russian equipment and ammo in Zaporizhzhia sector with artillery

In the Zaporizhzhia sector, Ukrainian artillerymen fired on Russian weapons, destroying many cannons, an ammunition depot, and vehicles, according to 44th separate artillery brigade named after Hetman Danylo Apostol.
"It's hot at the frontline - both from the summer sun and fierce artillery battles. Our gunners are ruthlessly destroying the occupiers, their equipment and guns, bringing closer the day when peace will once again reign over Ukraine," the brigade writes.
During the firefight, the Ukrainian soldiers destroyed:
- 2A36 Hyacinth-B cannon
- vehicles
- two 2A65 Msta-B cannons
- field staff of the BP.
Russian losses in war against Ukraine
Since the start of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine, Russia has already lost over 1.043 million military personnel. Over the past day, the Ukrainian Defense Forces eliminated another 1,170 Russian troops, neutralized 2 tanks, 7 armored vehicles, 54 artillery pieces, 1 multiple launch rocket system (MLRS), and other weapons.
Recently, operators of the Unmanned Systems Forces hit a Russian anti-aircraft missile system (SAM) Strela-10 and its crew.
